Before You Write

None of this is required, but the more of it you can tell me in the first message, the more useful my answer will be.

What You're Shooting

A commercial, a documentary, interviews, a short film. Even one line about the piece tells me what the images need to do.

When and Where

Dates, even approximate ones, and the part of Italy you have in mind. It's the fastest way to know whether I'm free and what's realistic.

What You Need From Me

Just a Director of Photography, or crew and equipment as well. I can arrive on my own or bring the whole setup with me.

Your Budget Range

Nobody likes saying it first, but it saves us both time. I'll tell you straight what's possible inside it, and if it isn't, I'll say so.

Practical Details

Reply Time

I answer everyone within one business day. If it's urgent, call or send a WhatsApp: it's the fastest way to reach me, including from set.

Languages

Italian and English, in prep and on set. Most of my clients are international, so working in English is routine.

Where I Work

Based in Florence and working across all of Italy: Rome, Milan, Venice, the coast, Sicily, the Dolomites. See filming in Italy for how that works in practice.

Remote Interviews

If you need someone filmed in Italy but you can't travel, I can stream the camera feed into a Zoom or Meet call so you run it live. More on interview filming.
